Aswar Group Company looking for a motivated candidate to join its family as an (Sales Representative) in Holy Karbala.
Responsibilities:
• Successfully complete a training program on our products and services within 30 days from the start date.
• Build and develop relationships with customers, maintain them, identify their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Generate qualified leads.
• Successfully close sales deals.
• Achieve customer satisfaction through good communication and listening to their complaints, escalating them to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Conduct direct presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to create an acquisition and follow-up plan with customers.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers during the sales process.
• Additional tasks may be assigned as needed based on the employee’s efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Experience working in institutions or companies.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and fluent speaking.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changes, and handle pressure effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick wit in diagnosing and prioritizing issues.
• Persuasive skills in presenting the product or service in an attractive and convincing manner, highlighting its benefits and advantages, overcoming customer objections, and convincing them to make a purchasing decision.
Work Location:
• Holy Karbala.
Days and Hours of Work:
• From Saturday to Thursday.
• Per 8 Hours on the day.
Work privileges:
•Work as a full-time employee.
• Obtaining social security (retirement system).
•The employment contract conforms to the conditions and laws of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
